This policy describes how Euphony AI, publisher of the HoHoHoCall service, collects, uses, and protects your personal data as part of providing personalized Santa Claus calls.

Euphony AI acts as data controller within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR).

2. Data Collected

We only collect information necessary for the proper functioning of the service:

• Phone number (to schedule and make the call);
• First name and playful information useful for personalization (age, wishes, positive behaviors, etc.);
• Email address (for confirmation and possible sending of the audio recording);
• Payment information (processed exclusively by Stripe, PCI-DSS certified provider);
• Non-identifying technical data (logs, times, call status);
• Navigation data related to site performance and our advertising campaigns (via Meta Pixel).

No sensitive data (health, religion, opinions, etc.) is requested or stored.

3. Purposes of Processing

The data collected is used only to:

• Personalize and execute Santa's call;
• Manage the order, billing, and payment;
• Send, if desired, the audio recording;
• Ensure maintenance, security, and service quality;
• Measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns and improve user experience.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Subcontractors and Providers

Some data may be processed by providers acting on behalf of Euphony AI, including for:

• Hosting and database (Firebase – Google Cloud Platform);
• Payment management (Stripe);
• Generation and voice synthesis;
• Performance measurement and advertising (Meta Pixel).

These providers act as subcontractors, in accordance with GDPR, under data processing agreements (DPA) guaranteeing confidentiality and security.

5. Data Security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures:

• Encryption of exchanges (HTTPS/TLS);
• Restricted and authenticated access to servers;
• Automatic deletion of personalization data after use;
• Hosting on infrastructures compliant with international security standards.

6. Data Retention

• Personalization information is automatically deleted after the call is made;
• Audio recordings are kept for a maximum of 30 days, then deleted;
• Payment data is kept exclusively by Stripe according to applicable regulations;
• Navigation data (e.g. via Meta Pixel) is kept for a limited time, in accordance with Meta settings and legal requirements.

7. Your Rights

In accordance with GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Access, rectification, and erasure of your data;
• Restriction or objection to processing;
• Data portability where applicable.

8. Children's Data

Information relating to children is provided by parents or legal representatives only as part of the order.
It is used exclusively to personalize the call and is automatically deleted after use.

9. Cookies and Trackers

The HoHoHoCall site uses:

• Essential technical cookies for operation (authentication, session, security);
• Measurement and performance cookies via Meta Pixel, to evaluate the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns.
